There are some gaps, but I put that down to both my error in aligning and the way it goes together.
Be aware this is a VERY fiddly built with lots of very thin pieces. Certainly not for the inexperienced.
A piece did snap when I was assembling, but I was able to fix it with a bit of effort.
Be sure to use gel type superglue to make sure pieces go together quickly.
