Some parts were warped a lot (heads, the sniper rifle, backpacks), and some required a lot of cleanup or cutting (had to modify some of the backpacks) fortunately the kit has enough bits to where you can build all of them as either the special unit or a kommando boy.

There weren't any reviews to go off of for these models so I took the plunge and bought the set and I can say for 100% certain Im glad I did each model required little to no work for all the pieces. You get all the options and weapons you'd get from the original set and every model was easy to put together and looks amazing! I highly recommend this to any one who wants to expand their Waaagh!
