First time ordering and I wasn't disappointed. The model quality was excellent and they took care with pre-cutting the delicate parts out.
Following official build instructions was easy due to the great recast and detail of this model.

Nearly flawless cast. One piece broken in the bag, but it was a small detail bit, not a big deal. Quality was excellent otherwise.

Product arrived in excellent condition and assembled very easily. Shockingly low amount of flash considering the heavy detail on the model, very pleased with the purchase.

Near-perfect cast, though the electrical bits required careful cleanup. Still, fantastic result.
