Full trukk kit + tracks, wheels, and engine. One ramp hinge was missing (easily replaceable), and came with two sets of right-side bogies that needed simple surgery to flip to the left. The resin is definitely flimsier than what I'm used to - the flatbed and frame came pretty warped and were surprisingly difficult to straighten out, even with heat. Some parts were broken and reglued, including a long piece of track that was reassembled with the spikes facing opposite directions... BUT, this is an ork kit, and I REALLY enjoyed putting it together. Since you get an extra engine with exhausts and a full set of wheels, there is a lot more you can do. If this were for any other faction, however, I would be pretty bummed.
